Refund policy

Returns
• We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receipt of the order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original labels and in their original packaging.
• We do not accept returns in jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets) for hygiene reasons, unless the product arrives defective.
• Sale, discount or limited edition items are final sale.
Changes
• We accept exchanges by size or for another item of equal value, subject to availability.
• If the new item has a higher value, the customer must cover the difference.
Shipping costs
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for sending the return, except in cases of our error or defective product.
Defective items or error in the order
• If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
• We will evaluate the case and offer replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
• Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• We do not make cash refunds.
