Returns

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receipt of the order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original labels and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns in jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets) for hygiene reasons, unless the product arrives defective.

Sale, discount or limited edition items are final sale.

 Changes

We accept exchanges by size or for another item of equal value, subject to availability.

If the new item has a higher value, the customer must cover the difference.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for sending the return, except in cases of our error or defective product.

Defective items or error in the order

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

We will evaluate the case and offer replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We do not make cash refunds.
